Products and Services: BLEU SOLAR LLC provides goods and services as specified on our platform or as mutually agreed upon in writing. Payment: Payments for goods or services must be in Advance Payment, unless both parties have mutually agreed upon written payment terms.
Delivery: BLEU SOLAR LLC will make reasonable efforts to deliver goods or services under any agreed-upon timeframe. Delays may occur due to factors beyond control. Refunds and Returns: Refunds and returns will be made only if the received goods or services deviate from the specified on our platform or as mutually agreed upon in writing at the time of purchase.
BLEU SOLAR LLC assumes no liability for damages incurred during transit after any goods or services are picked-up and location in our possession.
BLEU SOLAR LLC conducts thorough inspections before the products are picked up for shipment to ensure its quality and condition.
Restocking Penalty: The Buyer shall be subject to a penalty fee equivalent to 20% of the total purchase price for administrative, handling, and restocking expenses.
Governing Law: These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in the State of Florida.
Modification of Terms: BLEU SOLAR LLC reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions periodically, with such amendments becoming effective upon implementation. Notification of changes to these Terms & Conditions will be communicated on WWW.BLEUSOLAR.COM under 'Terms & Conditions'.
